What is the better camera? Canon or Nikon?

I know the cameras don’t produce better pictures, it depends on your skills, etc. But I want a really good camera, I’m starting to get into photography and I wanna take beautiful photos. I’ve always liked canon but I’ve heard Nikons really good. What’s the better one out of those two?
The only good reason to buy one over the other is if you already have Canon EF lenses or Nikon F-series lenses.
Otherwise, you’re much better off going to a camera store and seeing for yourself. No use giving a fanboy answer…
